WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for truth, faith, and how we live.

2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 119:105

The One True God — The Trinity

We believe there is one true God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, equal in nature, power, and glory, yet distinct in person.

Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and is the only way to salvation.

John 1:1,14; Matthew 1:23; Romans 5:8; John 14:6

The Holy Spirit and His Work

We believe the Holy Spirit is active in the world today. He convicts of sin, regenerates the believer, fills and empowers for holy living and ministry, and distributes spiritual gifts according to His will.

John 16:13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Galatians 5:22–23

Salvation and New Life

We believe all people are separated from God by sin and in need of salvation. Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone — not by works. Those who repent and believe are forgiven, made new, and receive eternal life.

Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; 2 Corinthians 5:17

Discipleship and Transformation

We believe salvation begins a lifelong journey of transformation. Believers are called to grow in obedience, faith, and Christlike character through the Word of God, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 28:19–20; Colossians 2:6–7

Freedom and Healing

We believe Jesus brings real freedom and restoration. Through His finished work, people can experience healing, deliverance, and transformation in spirit, soul, and body according to God’s will.

John 8:36; Isaiah 53:5; James 5:14–15

Water Baptism

We believe water baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation, symbolizing the believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4

Worship

We believe worship is a response to who God is and what He has done. It is to be offered in spirit and in truth, marked by reverence, surrender, and authenticity.

John 4:23–24; Psalm 95:6

The Church and Its Mission

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, and every believer is called to be part of His mission. Together we worship God, grow as disciples, serve others, and proclaim the gospel to the world so that lives may be transformed.

Acts 2:42–47; Matthew 28:19–20; 1 Peter 2:9

Faith

We believe believers are called to live by faith, trusting God’s Word, His promises, and His power in every area of life.

Romans 1:17; 2 Corinthians 5:7; Hebrews 11:6

Eternity — Heaven, Hell, and Christ’s Return

We believe in the eternal destiny of every person. Those who trust in Christ will dwell with God forever in heaven, and those who reject Him remain separated from Him. We believe Jesus Christ will return again in power and glory.

John 14:2–3; Matthew 25:46; Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12

These beliefs shape our message, guide our ministry, and anchor our mission as we seek to honor God and reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
