Lies We Believe

There are 3 lies we must ignore…

LIE 1: You’re not strong enough to do this.
Psalm 46:1-3… God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge!

You’re strong enough to face any obstacle or situation; because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. God is our strength and He is always ready to step in when things get tough. So don’t believe the lie that you’re not strong enough to make it through; because you can do all things THROUGH CHRIST who gives you the strength.

LIE 2: You’re not brave enough to do this.
Joshua 1:9… Remember, I commanded you to be strong and brave. Don’t be afraid, because the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Keep your head up and your face forward. When you’re scared but you do it anyway, that’s bravery. Push past fear and be who God has called you to be and do what He has called you to do. You have nothing to fear. You can walk out in faith because God is with you!

LIE 3: You’ve messed up too much to have any hope now.
2 Corinthians 5:17… This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

God will use your story, for His glory. So never disqualify yourself from something that God’s grace has qualified you for. God has brought you into His kingdom for such a time as this.

Always remember: No matter what is going on on the outside, no matter what you are feeling, no matter what kind of lies are trying to get in, God’s VOICE is louder, His LOVE is bigger, and His GRACE is all-sufficient. You can make it! You will overcome!
